my baby is 3 month old doctor said to uses tonoferon drops after that is stools color got changed into dark green colour it's good or dangerous sign

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it's ok to have green or black stool due to iron drops b. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
