Q.

My baby is 3 month old child after taking drops of Z& D 20 he has started passing motion like watery so is it happen because of intake of drops?

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now zinc supplement is given to make consistency of stool normal so it's rare to get loose motions due to it kindly consult with your pediatrician once
