Q.

my baby is 3 month old but she doesn't make cooing sound..but she is playful when awake and smile and move her leg and hand fast when we talk to her..should I worry

A. you can wait another one month For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
