my baby is 3 month old and he does not pee for 6 hours daily he pees only 4 times a day is it ok

A. Immediately put some cold water on the urinal region to let your child pass urine at least it should be 10 to 12 times in the day on a minimum side in any season for the child to pass your child is probably dehydrated which is why the urine output is very less and it is not a healthy sign
