my baby is 3 month 8 days old and he is on exclusive breastfeeding. he is having loose motions from past 5 days. Daily 3 to 4 times he is doing and he doesn't have fever. some time the loose motion smells. We consulted local doctor they gave 2 syrup ( Nutrolin-B and metrogyl suspension) and advised to give 1 ml every 8 hourly for 3 days. we completed the course but still my baby is having loose stools. please advise and suggest any medicine
