My baby is 3 month 4 days old , he is not making ku ku sounds all

A. not making sounds responding to you.. baby will be soon do that. keep encouraging the baby.. play along.. soon baby will respond back.. babies will start with social smile around 3months.. check the milestone chart attached with answer
