my baby is 3 month 20 days old.. feeds only breast milk.sometime vomit so forcefully like projectile vomitting..also feel discomfort in feeding..n withdraw from feeding.. reflux present..also someday passes stool frequently n someday only once.is it a matter of concern

A. for vomiting you can give drops domstal or drops perinorm 2 to 3 drops half an hour before feed and then wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then you fcan give feeding. during this time please keep the child in an upright position. vomiting medicines can be given maximum 3 times per day if requiredf. it is important to meet the doctor to rule out any obstruction and regurgitation and reflux issues in the child
