my baby is 3 month 16 days old she's urin in yellow colour is it normal or not and she is not gaining weight our doctor said we can start solid food for baby plz suggest me which food I can give my baby can I gave her vegetables and fruits or cerelac plz suggest me

A. It is too early to start solids for the vaby atleast wait fir another two months and feed baby on regular intervals like after every two hours interval and then check and baby usually gains around 400 to 500 gms weight every month
