My baby is 3 mon old nd she’s very thin not gaining weight nd shes on formula

A. dear mum what was the birth wt and what is the present wt of baby do not go by appearance baby shd b double the birth wt by 5 mths prepare formula accurately as per given instruction on pack

My baby is 5month 10days ols he s active,he plays well, recognise voices,he s totally active,but he s very thin doctr said his weight is good,his birth weight is 3.6kg on dec 11 2020,last i took him fr checkup on 22april 2021 his weight was 6.1kg,now i introduced him fruit puree nd hoke made cerlac frm last 4days,along with that he s on bm nd fm,i m worried he s thin nd while we took him in hands he bends lot he cant sit straight,giving him vit d suppliments nd calcium syrup also,can anyone tel any prblm r its fyn???
