my baby is 3 days old after feeding milk my baby is passing loose yellow motion frequently nearly 25 times

A. It’s common for a child to pass loose motions but if the motion is extremely high after every feed when you see it’s happening then check with your doctor and also get it figured out whether your child is having an issue of lactose intolerance or not
