my baby is 3 and half month old can i give pedicalm daily for calm sleep and to set a sleep schedule

No It’s absolutely not recommended to be very search medicine to the child is not healthy neither to say so I would not recommend you to go for any medicine if you want to go ahead with something that you have to take a consultation with your paediatrician on personal level
