my baby is 3.5months weight is 5.6, he is only in mother milk ,shall go for outer food now ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, no, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Avoid giving any outside foods now. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
