My baby is 3.5 months, passing grey colour stool , stool Test and blood test are normal but hemoglobin is 9.4 . Is it ok?

A. Are you giving any formula milk to the child because formula creates grey colour and dark green coloured motion which is very normal and common to be seen with kids and haemoglobin 9.4 is less it should be at least 12 to 13 by growing iron supplement as of now and more of iron based diet after the age of six months complete
