Q.

my baby is 3.5 months old I am feeding her but my weight is decreasing n my monthly periods are not happening from past 2 months why

A. focus on calories feed. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. Hi After delivery it’s very normal for a lot of women to miss their periods for longer the weekend that’s completely alright and also since you are saying that you losing your weight that also is normal when you are breastfeeding your child certain times you can lose weight but if you lose in good amount of weight then you have to consult your doctor for that
