Q.

My baby is 3.5 months old.. her paediatrician has suggested to start complementary feeding.. But I always hear not to start before 6 months.. what should i do?

A. hi your baby is 3.5 months old now if baby is not gaining weight appropriately then it's better to start some complementary feeds or add certain oil like simyl MCT oil in milk

A. She was 1.9 kgs at the time of birth.. now at 3.5 months she is 5kgs.. is it not appropriate gain?

A. No please don’t give it before the age of six months before six months completing and beginning of the seventh month is the right time for you to go ahead with giving semisolid food right now the child can only have either of milk or breastfeeding or formula feedingWrite Your Answer Here
