My baby is 3.5 months old and she is pooping with greenish mucus in it. What can be the issue ? She is exclusively on breastfeeding. Her weight gain also slowed. I am attaching a photo of poop. please guide.

A. hello if frequent such motion then is better to chk with ur doctor n she will be able.to guide u accordingky which is better n also safe too n absolutely nothing to worry about not a problem
