My baby is 3.5 month old and he took his vaccine yesterday. Now his whole body is at normal temperature but his head is warm to hot. Is that normal ? I gave him paracetamol as per my doctor said

A. if the child has received the DPT vaccination it may cause fever so if the temperature of the body for 99 degree fahrenheit you can give Paracetamol to the baby and do not worry just give proper feeding
