my baby is 2yrs 3months old what type of food is good for him and he is under weight but he is healthy.

A. Dear mum, you should give homemade foods only. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. All types of grains, cereal and pulses. You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, raisins, dates. At least 500 ml of full fat milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal.
