my baby is 2yrs 3 months old. he only babbles mamma dada naani nana that's it . m very concerned. please help

A. Hello ma’am may b the kid has a delayed speech it would be better for you to either ent specialist once or a speech therapist regarding the same as the doctor can advice u best in this .. so consult the doctor once as soon as u can
