my baby is 2yr 7month old. she has loose motion and some giggling sound is coming from stomach. what medicine should I give her? and which diet should I follow for her?

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrgyolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also givhe probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
