my baby is 2year old and he is having fever from last 1 days... specially it elevated in night...i am giving him paracetamol suspension but again temprature increasing in night..... what to do doctor...do I need to meet doctor?

A. hi, keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature. continue fir 2 more days.. if no improvement consult ur doctor
