Q.
My baby is 2months up to here she had not sucking fingers but from two days she have started licking her fist when i reach her late to feed.. what can i do to prevent her not to begin habit of finger sucking??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is a self limiting habit which does not require any type of treatment and you have to just maintain hygiene of the finger which is going inside the oral cavity and gradually the habit will decrease

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum this is a very normal gesture of the baby of this age they just want to explore their body part this is not mandatory that they are hungry every time still if you want to avoid this then you can make your baby wear clean cotton mittens in the hands
