My baby is 28months old. My baby eyebrows nose and chin have tiny pimples. Last 1month I use mamaearth baby soap. It's soap problem or any other reason

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi yes it could be allergic reaction so for now, stop using any cosmetics apply thin layer of coconut oil there keep that area clean maintain good hygiene
