My baby is 28 month old. She has having severe cold and cough but no fever. She is unable to sleep. I am giving kofarest. No relief as such. I have also giving steam 2-3 times a day. What else I should I do?

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child dsoesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and gisve warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
