This is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kinyd of query so that anything shougld not be missed . so a proper guidance can be taken just to rule out any other possibility ...

this is common in babies
some babies will pass motions in gap of 3-4 days or even in a gap of one week
to ease
