Q.
my baby is 24months old he is not speaking any thing and he is not understanding any thing please suggest me what to do

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Talk to baby and whenever baby tries to speak repeat with baby.
Start with small words which we use daily and repeat more times like addressing his name or family members names or relations, commands like come, sit,have , walk and repeat more times.
Gradually baby talks if baby doesn't uttering single word then do consult speech therapist.
