As per his age he Should be given usual family food now , so seasonal fruits and vegetables are necessary and one of the major source of fibre as well. Also fluids in form of dals , vegetable and soups , coconut water , butter milk , rice , roti dals etc , they need to be also chew the food by now , avoid purée and mashed foods
