Q.

My baby is 23 months old she is having fever, temp comes back every 4 hr so can paracetamol be given 4hrly and on an empty stomach as she has low appetite

A. yes, can repeat paracetamol in 4 hours, do tepid sponging too, to bring down hing temp.. further, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
