my baby is 23 months and I have given him vaccination today. he has swelling in his thighs and slight fever. I have given him ibugesic plus 4 ml, is it okay to give it?

A. hi doctor, please tell me should I give him ibugesic plus or some other medicine for the next dose he has swelling on his thighs and slight fever

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give nparacetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose ca bn be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
