my baby is 22 months old,, she is having fever from yesterday,,, I have given her parawal syrup,, her weight is 11.50 kgs,,,,, but the fever is again coming in four hours,, I have sponge bathed her,, but of no use,,, pls suggest what to do???? can i give her syrup after 4 hours or 6 hours??
