Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.

In a day, you can give 4-5 almonds and 2 dates, either soaked or mixed with foods. Dry roasted dry fruits are the healthiest option for kids.
