Q.

my baby is 22 months old.. Can I stop feeding? If yes.. How can I?

A. it is advisable to continue breastfeeding till 2 years of age but if you want to stop breastfeeding you have to make the child sleep with some other person at night and that only will help in decreasing the habit and you have to offer alternative milk to the child in between so that the child does not have craving for the milk

A. hi yes you can but do it gradually I mean make feeding sessions short gradually offer food before your child asks for feeding make food presentation attractive for example offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
