my baby is 22 days old my question is wnever I feed her after dt she doesn't burp so is it fine cz sometimes after dt she always vomit lil milk

A. Dear mum, it is fine if your baby does not burp at times and takes out a little bit of milk. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit.
