my baby is 21days old.she do poo 3-4 time a day in lose .is it normal.n she sleep 18-20 hour/day.

Yes of course for first 60 days of birth you can often see that kids pass a lot of loose motion which is completely normal in this age and it is not at all a problem so no need to worry about it in case of doubt you can talk to your doctor regarding that
