My baby is 21 months old now.Although he is very active but doesn't speaks words like mumma papa just says pa pa pa pa in his masti mood sometimes.He is very playful and do lot of activities in his own.Is dis the speech delay or autism.We are worried.Please guide.

A. If your child is speaking certain words making an eye contact when you are talking listening carefully and following all the necessary commands that you are giving and responding to it then there is no problem if the speech is little behind right now please do not related to autism and as of now it is not even a speech just that you need to communicate with your child to make your child speak better
