Q.
my baby is 21 months old. he speak nothing expect amma. is this normal or otherwise whats the solution? we are talk with baby well but he didn't speak.

BhagyashreeMom of a 4 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, no need to worry till 3 years. if baby is speaking few words is enough, there is no need to force them to speak also. slowly they will learn to speak out.

there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.
the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.x
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speech axnd development assessment.
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.
