Q.
My baby is 21 months old and is coughing past 10-12 days. we have tried allopathy and now shifted to honeytus, but problem is not 100% solved. he specifically coughs a lot when he sleeps/immediately after waking up. Sometimes he breathes with his mouth open(stuffy nose). can you please suggest something that we can do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. probabli needs to get inhalation therapy for the baby Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Put nasal saline drops to unblock nose. Apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or apply vicks babyrub on the chest and throat of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day..Take care
