Q.

My baby is 21 months and i would like to know if we can give her cow milk from the local milkman or does it have to be pasteurised packet milk? Thank you!

A. you can give boiled milk Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Hi You can more certainly give cows milk or buffalo’s milk from the local milkman in the market not an issue just boil it properly before you give it to the child like how we do it regularly at our home that’s the only way apart from that if at any point of time you want to give full cream packet milk also that also you can give
