Q.

My baby is 21 days old below right eye there is a swelling. Please see the attached pic. Is this Normal or should we go to doctor

A. it is normal swelling under the eyes are usually normal appearance during the morning time and as soon as the day progresses the swelling goes away.z no treatment is required in this case. if it is increasing in intensity or itching or is present throughout the dayz you have to rule out allergy infection.
