my baby is 20days old... her born weight is 2.5 kg now she reduced to 2.3 kg... my breastmilk is not sufficient for her.... how to increase my breast milk and to make her weight gain... am afraid that she is loosing weight #Askexpert

A. To the increase breastmilk supply, include foods like beans, broccoli, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, eggs, brown rice, dry fruits, legumes, ghee, garlic, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. Feed in every 2-3 hours and it should include 2 times night feed too.
