my baby is 20 months old,she is having fever from last night,I have given her the antibiotic and fever medicine after she is fine,but when she farts watery poop comes out.what to do,she is not eating anything also.

A. it is the gut inf then .Loose motion is mainly due to some viral infection . And is treated by just probiotics like enterogermina and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then vomikind can be given for that . Also avoid milk .
