Q.

My baby is 20 months old and I always used to give him food at 7.30 and 10 pm milk which would make him sleep the whole night peacefully . But recently , he is not eating well at 7.30 pm after 5-6 spoons he feels sleepy and then sleep by 8.30 pm and 10 pm i gave him milk. But now he is waking up in between night at 3 pm or 4 pm and even if I give milk won't sleep properly. Very stressful He is having some cold also

A. developing a consistent bedtime routine is crucial for children. establish a set bedtime and wake-up time. incorporate calming activities like reading a book or taking a warm bath before bed. limit screen time before bedtime. create a relaxindg environment and ensure their sleep space is comfortable and conducive to sleep. consistency is key.
