My baby is 20 months old amd still on breast feeding.. Can i give him fish??

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes u can give fish. Make sure the little bones are removed completely, mash it well in ur hand and then give it to the baby. Also choose that kind of fish which will be easy to digest. Give few bites on the first day see if it suits ur baby and then gradually increase the amount from next time. Fish in gravy will be better than oil fried fish.
