my baby is 20 days old, sometimes i m having sufficient milk, and sometimes it's reduced drastically, this s happening in every 3-4 days, is there any deficiency in body?

It could be due to some diet alterations that you are doing because this is a lot of women want to lose weight early so they do not eat more of protein-based diet or they feel like eating food which is lighter in calorie and also eat well if you want to go ahead with feeding your child for a proper duration and take some lactation supplements to support
