Q.

My baby is 20 days old.. just started breastfeeding but i think because of 20 days gap breastmilk is not properly established. what to do?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please keep on trying breastfeeding and lso massage your breast before giving feed. and also have shatavari powder with mulk twice a day. and have green leaves vegetables in your daily diet. take care
