my baby is 20 days old and rashes and swelling occurs on genital please give me suggestion

A. Usually doesn’t happen if it is happening you have to check with your doctor to know exactly why swelling is happening they’ll be able to help you with right ointment that you can apply and right now there’s no scope of cold spooning so consult the doctor
