Child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house
give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese.
nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts.
spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
