My baby is 2 years old he has some sensation or itching in his teeth most of the time he puts his finger in his mouth and saliva came so is it a problem Or should I consult Pedia

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi during the teething phase kids feel itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth.. give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip.

Jyoti DhawaralMom of a 5 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. Hello Mommy, There is nothing to worry, itchy teeth, or saliva coming out if mouth, these are the symptoms of teeth eruption. During teething these things happen. I used to follow one homemade tip for my daughter. During her teething days, I used to take honey on my cleans finger tips, and used to run it in the gum of her. This helps to reduce the pain n stiffness they have during teeth eruption. Hope this helps. Happy Teething
