Q.

my baby is 2 years old ,he has so much anger issues,he got angry frequently and hurting himself by hitting head on wall foor etc, and he has uncleared voice sometimes he speaks and speaks continuously some unusual words which is something limitless

A. just try spend time outside with the child and avoid giving mobile phones and cartoons

A. but he know and can say all the letters some colours some numbers 1to 10
