my baby is 2 years old, has fever since a day doctor prescribed mega cv syrup,p250 drops still fever temperature come down after 10 hours

A. hello doctor maine apne bete ko pacimol DS 3.5 ml di h and jab uska fever kam ni hua to maine Namcold old paediatric oral drops 0.4ml di h jo doctor ne advice ki h pleasa answer me ki kab tak arma ayga and abi use high fever h ?
